FLWRHAUS & Co. offers made-to-order bouquets, custom event florals and the Bloom Bar experience. Descriptions and photos on our website are provided for inspiration and may vary slightly from what you receive.

Orders and payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are confirmed at checkout.
• Payment is due in full when you place an online order.
• We may cancel an order in the case of a pricing error or unavailability. If we do, you will receive a full refund.

Seasonal availability and substitutions

Fresh flowers are seasonal. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute blooms of similar style, color and value while keeping the look and feel of your order.

Pickup

Online orders are currently available for local pickup. Please collect your order at the pickup time confirmed with you. Because flowers are perishable, we cannot guarantee the condition of orders collected late.

Events, custom florals and the Bloom Bar

Event florals and Bloom Bar bookings are confirmed through a written proposal or agreement. That document sets out your specific details, including pricing, deposits, payment schedule, changes and cancellations, and it takes priority over these general terms where they differ.
